A Competition Development Coach works with athletes who want to develop their competitive abilities in their sport. The Competition Development Coach (CDC) is an NCCP rating.  

The aspiring coach should attend the NCCP multi-sport modules and contact the CSPA office to indicate interest in the next seminar.
