Background info

Version 2 of the motion is for a 2 year waiver of the PIM 3 requirement for AGM locations.
The intention is cutting costs as there are opportunities in other venues that would cost as much as the airfares alone for what we pay to hold such AGMs in Canada. The other factors are weather during the winter, 1 storm in the locale holding the meeting can prove to have serious implications on costs and event timing.

Ideally, the intention one day is to hold an Annual or Semi-Annual CSPA boogie to benefit the members; not at a cost to CSPA, but to encourage many members to come out and with enough numbers be able to have a way for all levels of membership to come together.
